At the start of the weekend Palladium played at Canterbury university summer ball. It was only a short gig late at night so there was plenty of time to kill. Luckily on site there was something that remotely resembled a fun fair and at least 15mins of time was used up on the dodgems and the black maze. The guys then decided to head into town to check out the local sites. 'Thais R Us' just didn't look as though it would cut it in the food stakes so Nando's it was, plus a pub with a great view of the famous Canterbury cathedral. Back at the uni there was just enough time before the gig for the guys to help tour manager John take advantage of the gymnasium dressing room and all it's equipment. Until security spoiled all the fun anyway. Hopefully there is more fun to be had at Cambridge this week!
